Missed Appointments
Missed appointments are billed at the discretion of the doctor. Generally, missed appointments are billed at the same rate as the scheduled length of time of your visit.
Our physicians are no longer contracted with any insurance companies. We will collect payment from you at the time of your visit and provide you with the necessary paperwork to submit our services to your insurance carrier for reimbursement.
