Payment for services is required at the time of service.

Minor New Patient Evaluation (under 18 years old) (2 - 60 min sessions) $990
For minor patients under 18 years of age, the intial evaluation will be split into two parts. The first hour will be scheduled with the parents/guardian of the patient. The second hour will be scheduled for the patient.
Adult New Patient Evaluation (18 years old +) (60 min session) $495
For patients over 18 years of age there will be only one first initial evaluation.
Established Patient Follow-Up (60 min session) $355
Established Patient Follow-Up (30 min session) $255
Miscellaneous Fees
Letters and/or forms requested by the patient may be billed according to the complexity of the letter or form, and determined by the length of time taken to complete. Extended patient telephone calls and calls to other professionals (attorneys, therapists, school personnel, etc.)

Missed appointments and late cancellations are billed at the same rate as the scheduled length of time of your visit.

Our providers do not accept any insurance plans.
Our providers are considered out-of-network. This includes Medicare, Medicaid, and Tricare. We advise before scheduling an appointment to contact your insurance provider and inquire about your out-of-network benefits to determine if our practice is a good fit for you!
Patients will be provided with an itemized invoice once payment is received in full. This itemized invoice (superbill) can be used for the patient to self-submit claims for possible insurance reimbursement with their insurance carrier.
The age of consent for mental health in Washington is 13 years old.
At Interlake Psychiatric Associates, we take protecting our patients privacy very seriously. Our team will work to help educate patients and parents on the best way to navigate their care.
