Who we are...


Interlake Psychiatric Associates is a group of mental health practitioners who provide evaluation and treatment of behavioral and emotional disorders in children, adolescents, and adults.  Our collaborative philosophy includes an emphasis on working closely with our referring community.


Our Specialties:


Children and adolescents: Comprehensive evaluation of behavioral and emotional difficulties related to school, family and social adjustment. Evaluation and treatment of Attention Deficit Disorder, Mood Disorders depression, bipolar disorders, developmental disorders (e.g. Asperger's), learning disorders, and major mental illness such as schizophrenia.

Our administrative staff is back in the office full-time, 9:30 to 5:30 Monday through Friday.  Our providers are still conducting appointments through video-conferencing (aka telehealth) or phone call; however, some providers are scheduling in-person appointments on a case-by-case basis.   If you are interested in scheduling an in-person appointment, please inquire with our staff when you call to schedule.

Dr. Tina Lee joins our practice on May 17, 2021

Dr. Tina Lee attended medical school at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago, IL in 1999 and completed her General Psychiatry Residency at the University of Washington School of Medicine in 2003 and her Child Psychiatry Fellowship at Seattle Children’s Hospital and Regional Medical Center in 2005.  She has worked in several different settings over the past 16 years, including as a staff psychiatrist and clinical director for mental health services at the SouthEast Alaska Regional Health Consortium (SEARHC) in Sitka, AK; as a psychiatrist at Evidence-Based Treatment Centers of Seattle; and as a consulting psychiatrist for Echo Glen Children’s Center in Snoqualmie, WA and for Youth Eastside Services (YES) in Bellevue, WA.

Dr. Lee has experience working with a wide range of mental health concerns including autism spectrum disorders.  She has special interest in addressing the downstream effects of developmental trauma/PTSD and in providing multimodal, collaborative, and holistic approaches to mental health wellness and treatment.  Treatment modalities that Dr. Lee utilizes include individual psychotherapy, family therapy, medication management, consultation with school, medical and adjunctive providers, and incorporation of meditation and other complementary health practices.

Dr. Irving Kohlberg Retired December 22, 2020
