Our providers do not contract with any insurance plans. This includes Medicare, Medicaid, and Tricare.

Our providers are considered out-of-network. We advise before scheduling an appointment to contact your insurance provider and inquire about your out-of-network benefits to determine if our practice is a good fit for you!

Patients will be provided with an itemized invoice once payment is received in full. This itemized invoice (superbill) can be used for the patient to self-submit for possible insurance reimbursement with their insurance carrier. 

Our providers offer both in-person and virtual visits for established patients. For the initial new patient evaluations the patient must be seen in person. During the course of treatment your provider may discuss a preference for in-person office visits versus virtual online visits dependent on the patient's need.

Unfortunately, our psychiatrists are only licensed in the state of Washington. If a patient's primary residence is outside of Washington they cannot be treated by our psychiatrists.

Dr. Natalie Hale is part of PSYPACT will allows for patients to be seen via telehealth in participating states.  

At Interlake Psychiatric Associates, Dr. John Pastor, Dr. Claire Pastor, Dr. Tina Lee, and Dr. Charles Wang are licensed in the state of Washington as medical doctors in psychiatry. They offer both medication management and psychotherapy. Dr. Natalie Hale is a clinical psychologist who offers psychotherapy, EMDR, and other therapies.
